Melvin Taylor is a star throughout Europe. It has taken US audiences longer to recognize just how phenomenally talented a bluesman he is. The challenge for Taylor has been his own natural eclecticism. He is equally adept playing jazz or blues, and in the last few years he has forged a name for himself as a blues guitarist with a slew of releases for Evidence Music.
